Ingredients:
a bag of thick oily noodles (you can use 1/2 a bag)
1 medium cucumber skinned and julienned
1 medium carrot julienne
1 chicken breast shredded *optional*
Sauce:
2 Tbs rice vinegar
4 Tbs cold water
4 Tbs sesame paste
3 Tbs soy sauce
3 Tbs sesame oil
2 Tbs sugar
1 Tbs minced garlic
a pinch of salt
a pinch of white pepper
1 Tbs cooking oil
Instructions:
- Blanche the noodles in boiling water then remove and mix in the oil to prevent sticking.
- Mix the sauce ingredients together until smooth.
- Pour sauce over the noodles and top with cucumbers, carrots, and chicken if you want.
Suggestions:
Instead of chicken, you can also use sliced ham. You can also add boiled sprouts too.
